The Terminator, played by Arnold Schwarzenegger, must now protect Sarah Connor's son from a more advanced cyborg from the future. This sequel won four Academy Awards and is directed by Oscar-winner James Cameron.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day is the first film to have a $100 million production budget.

Wayne's World grew out of a recurring Saturday Night Live sketch, in which two rock enthusiasts (Wayne and Garth) host a most excellent public access show from Wayne's basement. The film stars Mike Myers, Dana Carvey, and a host of comedic actors.

The film is the highest grossing of any film based on an SNL sketch.

Mike Myers stars as both Austin Powers and Dr. Evil in this hilarious spoof of spy movies.  The film also stars Seth Green and Elizabeth Hurley, boasts cameos by such actors as Carrie Fisher and Will Ferrell, and spawned two successful sequels.

Dr. Evil was originally to be played by Jim Carrey who declined the role due to a shooting conflict.

With great art comes great rewards.  Create amazing fan art for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and you can win an advance screening of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for you and 50 guests at ArcLight. 

Send us your fan art by April 24th at 11:59 PM PST. The winner will be notified on April 28th, and the advance screening will take place on April 30th. 

How It Works

1. Create a The Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie poster. Be creative with your interpretation. Each submission must be unique and may not duplicate a prior submission and must follow the Official Rules.

2. Submit fan art using the following mandatory guidelines:

  • Artwork must include ArcLight Cinemas logo
  • Artwork must include The Amazing Spider-Man 2 logo
  • Artwork must be 100% original and created soley by the submitter.
  • Artwork must refrain from any obscene, profane, and lude references, and do not defame any public figure, celebrity or religion.
  • Artwork must not contain any corporate logos or third party branding.
  • Artwork cannot make any reference to any alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drug paraphernalia or firearms.
  • Artwork must be submitted at 390 pixels x 570 pixels, but you must also have the image available at 3,900 pixels x 5,700 pixels at 300 ppi for printing.

3. Send us your 390 pixels x 570 pixels poster via email!** Send an email to with your submission, and include your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and preferred ArcLight location.

4. Send us your submission by April 24th at 11:59 PM PST. The winner will be announced on April 28th.

5. The contest is open to movie lovers 16 years of age and older.  If you are under 18, you must have a parent sign a consent form, and then send the form via email with your entry.

Bottom line: You must email us your entry, your info, and a consent form if you are under 18 years of age to by April 24th at 11:59 PM PST.

* Sorry, Hollywood is unable to host the advance screening. You can see the film at any other location.
